Returned products must be kept in unused, intact and undamaged condition with original packaging and complete accessories. Products damaged due to personal human factors, improper use or self-disassembly will not be eligible for free return service. 3. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and verify the returned products, the refund process will be initiated immediately. The full refund will be credited to the customer’s original payment account within 5 to 10 business days.
